Paper Artsy Tags
Scrap Matrix

Hello!
I am here on the blog today to share all things
Paper Artsy with you.

I have created a set of tags for Scrap Matrix

I wanted to feature some of the gorgeous 'Paper Artsy Fresco Finish Paints',
and with this gorgeous 'Pumpkin Spice' colour, my daughter's favourite and requested colour.

I have given my tags a nice coat of the paint,
I have then inked the edges using my
'Distress Oxide in Vintage Photo'.

I have then used the '7 Dots Studio Garden Party Chevron Stencil'
and the same ink to stencil randomly, vertically, on my tags.
I have then used the '7 Dots Studio Pixelated Snowflake Stencil',
and modelling paste to stencil through randomly.

Next, I have used pieces of torn 'Dina Wakley Media Collage Background Papers',
along with some stamping using my 'Paper Artsy ESA08 Stamp Set'.

Next, I have used some scrunched and inked pieces of a doily, along with some pieces from the papers in the '7 Dots Studio 6 x 6 AirMail Paper Pad', layering as I go.

I have then added some of the '7 Dots Studio AirMail Die Cut Elements'
layering with some stamped images and some metal embellishments.

I have then used some of the 'Prima Epiphany Flowers',
some gauze and some of the 'Jute Trim'.

Some more pics :)

To finish I have added some of the '13Arts Journey Stickers'

I hope you like what I have created.

Until next time!

Lisa

'Picture Perfect'
for 2Crafty Chipboard

Hello all!
I hope you are all well and staying safe ;)

I am here today to share some
boy / masculine inspiration with you.

I have used an older photo of my son, that I still love to scrap.

2Crafty Products used:

I have gone for natural tones and some vintage elements,
mixed with some steampunk for this layout.

I have left my chipboard raw to keep with the feel of the page.
I have used some of the 'Steampunk Gears Medium'
across my page.

I have used a few different vintage-themed tags, mostly from Tim Holtz.
I have layered my chipboard with these.

I have also used one of the 'Steampunk Arrow Set 1',
layered alongside my photo.

For my title, I have used one of the 'Mini Title Stick 2',
layered with one of the 'Mini Family Icons' and elements from my papers.

To finish I have used some of the 'Steampunk Gears Small',
scattered in among my other elements.

I really love the 'vintage boy feel' to this page.
I hope that this has inspired you to create today.

Until next time!

'Experiment'
Scrap Matrix

Hello all!
I am here today to share some
Paper Artsy lovin with you for this month's challenge over at

My absolute favourite designer for Paper Artsy would have to be the
awesome Seth Apter.
There is something about his grunge level that I just love.

So here is what I created

I have started by using my 'Liquitex Gesso',
to seal the page in my journal.

I have then used my 'Blue Fern Grungy Grid Stamp',
and 'Distress Ink in Weathered Wood'

I have used one of the stamps from the 'Paper Artsy ESA08 Stamp Set',
and 'Ranger Archival Ink' to randomly stamp my page.
Next, I have used my '7 Dots Studio Paintchips Hatched Stencil'
and 'Dina Wakley Media Modeling Paste', to stencil randomly.

I have then used a torn tag from the '12 x 12 Tags',
from the Hazy Days collection from 7 Dots Studio.

I have also used that same circle pattern stamp and 'Vintage Photo Distress Ink'
to stamp onto '7 Dots Studio Writer's Block 12 x 12 Burden' paper,
and then fussy cut them out.

Next, I have used the main stamp from the set to stamp out,
in both 'Weathered Wood' and 'Vintage Photo',
onto the '12 x 12 Burden Paper',
and fussy cut-out.
I have then layered these onto my page,
with cardboard in between for some dimension.

Next, I have used various ephemera pieces from the
'Tim Holtz Idea-ology Expedition Pack',

Add in a 'Lightbulb charm' :)

Yes, I scrunched that up into a ball and then straightened it back out,
I wanted some creases and roughness to it.

I have also stamped out the 'Experiment' title and layered it onto my page.

And finally, I added an 'Idea-ology Accoutrements - Classic',
layered with some 7 Dots Studio elements and word stickers.

I hope that you like what I have created.
I'm really happy with how this turned out.
So, who is your favourite designer for Paper Artsy?

Until next time!

Lisa xoxo

And a few butterflies :)

Perfect for some of my pics from Hawaii.

I hope that you like what I have created,

'Finding Beauty in Everyday'
2 Crafty Chipboard

Hello all!
I am here today to share my latest creation with you all!
I created this for

'Find Beauty in Everyday'

2Crafty Products used:

For this layout, I have used a photo of my daughter on a picnic,
I wanted to keep the scene going across my page.

I have used some of the 'Foliage Set 8', to add to my scene.
I have painted them white then I have painted purple tips
on them to co-ordinate with my page.

I have used them on either side of my page,
layered with elements from the papers.

I have also used one of the '6 x 4 Phrase Sticks Set 2',
at the top of my page, that I have left raw.

On my title and in among my embellishments,
I have used a couple of the 'Butterflies'
that I have also finished in white and purple.

Quite a floral layout.
I am loving the way my chipboard works with this layout.
I hope this inspires you to get creative today!

Until next time!

Lisa xoxo
