Splashes of Colour: May 2021

Hello again!
I have just popped in today to share some inspiration with you.
I have a set of steampunk tags that I have created for

2Crafty Products used:

I have started with a black background for my tags,

as I really wanted my chipboard and other elements to really pop off the tags.

I have used some of the 'Diamond Chunk Bits',

on the background of my tags. I have left them raw,

as this goes best with my theme.

I have also used one of the 'Steampunk Strips',

that I have also layered with some of the 'Steampunk Gears Small'.

I have then used fussy cut elements and some more gears to build up my tags.

For my second tag, I have used the same 'Steampunk Strips',

again layered with some 'Steampunk Gears Small'

for a bit of multi-dimension.

I have also used some more of the 'Diamond Chunk Bits' in among my layers.

I am really loving how these ladies turned out.

Hello all!
Yes, it may be starting to get a little cold,
so I thought I would create a bright sunny layout for you.

I have created this layout for 2Crafty Chipboard.
I have also used the gorgeous Sunkissed Collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio.

2Crafty Chipboard products used:

For this layout I have started with a black background, and have added some splashes of colour.

I then built up some of my papers.

I have layered in a couple of the 'Flowering Clusters',

that I have painted bright pink to match my sunny layout.

I have also used some of the leaves from the 'Foliage Set 5',

which I painted in Aqua,

and added in among my floral fussy cut pieces.

To finish I have added one of the 'Arrow Word Set 2',

that I have painted yellow, as my title.

I really love how the bright colours pop on the black background.

I hope that my layout has brought a little sunshine to your day!
