I'm back again to share another layout with you....

The challenge is to use 'hidden journalling'

Here is my take on the challenge

 I have used the gorgeous 'Love Clippings' collection by Prima

oooh and some divine goodness with 49&Market flowers

 And here is my 'hidden journalling' taken out of it's pocket.....

but there's a few more layers yet :)

Mixed Media & Art Challenge

Hello all!

I'm back again to share my take on this month's challenge over at

Mixed Media & Art

This is the mood board

and this is my take :)

I'm in this layout for a change, with my gorgeous boy! 

I was inspired by the mood board with its lovely beachy feel.

 

 Butterfly kisses and dandelion wishes :)

 

I have used the 7Dots Studio Verano Azul collection, that I won 

during a 7Dots flashmob competition on Instagram.

 I have also used lots of gorgeous 2Crafty Chipboard,

which I have left raw for this page.

 Lots of texture and splashes of colour in the background.

 And of course some pretty Prima flowers.

I really loved how this turned out.

2Crafty Share Part 2 - This Boy

Hello again!

As promised I am back again to share another layout that I have created
using some gorgeous chipboard from
2Crafty Chipboard

'This Boy'

There are some fantastic new designs available and I have used a few of them :)
I have used one of the "Fine Words Set 1"

embossed in white, on top of my photo.

I have also used some of the 'Triangle Clusters'

And some of the 'Triangle Clusters Tiny'

and stars from the "Tiny Hearts & Stars'

scattered across my page. 

For my title I have used the stunning

'This Boy' title

which I have coloured with watercolour paints to match my colour scheme.

and finally one of the 'Arrows Funky'

For this layout I used the Pink Paislee Moonstruck collection.
I loved the dreamy feel of the papers.

2Crafty Share Part 1 - Just love our Story

Hello all!
I hope that you are all well.
Summer is finally drawing to a close, sad to see it go.
I don't like the cold, my old bones ache lol

So today I have a layout to share that I created using some gorgeous
2Crafty Chipboard

'Just love our Story'

For this layout I have used the gorgeous Prima Love Clippings collection.
I have used the stunning

"Just love our Story" title,

 which has been embossed in white.

I have also used one of the stunning

'Flourish Adornment Set 4'

again embossed in white and

 slightly tucked behind my layers. 

& an

'ATC Georgian Frame'
which I have cut in half and placed in among my papers.

 

 and one of the 'Element Set 1'

cut in half and added to my layers.
I love how easily this layout came together.

 I have added a couple of pieces of the cute little

'Fine Heart Border' 

which has been embossed in a pale pink.

 

Some pretty Prima flowers :)

April Sketch Challenge

This is my take on the sketch

I have used lots of mixed media for my background.

 

I have again used 7dots Cotton Candy Dreams papers to layer under my photo.

Also one of their word stickers :)

March Challenege - Altered Arts

Hello Lovely people!

I am here today to share my entry for the March Challenge going on 

over at 7Dots Studio.

This month the challenge is Altered Art - Beyond the Page

So this challenge got me thinking!

Anybody that know me knows I have a slight obsession with vintage items,

but mostly with vintage kitchen items.

So I decided to alter one of the 

Lady Finger vintage baking trays that I have. 

(yes one, I have more LOL)

I've made this so it can be hung, my awesome hubby drilled a hole in it for me.

It is to be inspiration to my daughter, to hang in her room.

 So I have used little bits of papers from the 

7Dots Studio's Writer's Block & Verano Azul collection, 

mixed with gauze, book and music papers.

These have been glued into each of the finger biscuit depressions.

 Each depression has it's own little mini scene :)

 I have added some little words/inspiration from the Cotton Candy Dreams & Verano Azul collections.

 There is also lots of gorgeous chipboard from

2Crafty Chipboard, mostly embossed in white.

 And lots of beautiful flowers from Prima, Green Tara & more.....

 I am so happy with how this turned out and my daughter loves it too!
